Current Responsibilities

General Manager, Lubricants Supply Chain Americas.

Leads the raw material acquisition, blending, filling, packaging and delivery Shell’s finished product portfolio to customers through various routes to market.   Developing and executing a future supply chain strategy to assume and defend our Americas leading supply chain position. 

Work History

After six years working as an engineer at General Dynamics’ Electric Boat Division (nuclear submarine design & construction), I studied Finance at the Wharton School in Philadelphia, PA.  Joined Shell in 1993 as a Financial Analyst in Downstream Planning & Economics.  Broadening assignments followed in Retail, Manufacturing, JV Management & Commercial Fuels.  As part of Downstream One, became General Manager of Retail Real Estate, managing Retail’s Global property portfolio in over 40 countries.  Re-joined US Retail as General Manager of Joint Ventures, National Accounts, Portfolio & Business Performance.  In 2013, promoted to lead Retail Lubricants National Accounts team for North America.   


Attended college at the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY.   MS in Mechanical Engineering from RPI.   MBA from the Wharton School.

Personal History

From Providence, RI (home of the best Italian food in the US).  Married to Noreen and have three sons who are currently attending college, one at Kings Point, one at Villanova, and one at Stevens Institute of Technology.  Enjoy following my sons’ university activities, including a weekly basketball radio show at Villanova.  Golf from time to time and like to escape to our lake house in Vermont when we can get away.
