Cyber Security

in the Supply Chain


Keynote Speaker: Keith Turpin

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Head of Global Infrastructure Services, Universal Weather and Aviation

Topic: Managing cyber security risk in the supply chain takes a combination of risk analysis, supplier evaluation and specialized legal agreements. This presentation will discuss key considerations in each area. 

Biography:  Keith is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Head of Global Infrastructure Services at Universal Weather and Aviation, an international aviation services company that operates 50 locations in 20 countries. He oversees all aspects of security strategy and global infrastructure management.

Keith also serves as the Houston Transportation Sector Chief for the InfraGard program where he leads a collaborative partnership between public and private sector transportation organizations in an effort to share best practices in the areas of Cyber Security, Physical Security, Emergency Management, and Emerging Threat Awareness. Formerly Keith was a Cyber Security Technical Fellow at The Boeing Company leading International IT Security Operations, Supply Chain Security and Application Security Assessments. He has also served as a U.S. delegate to the International Standards Organization's Cyber Security Sub-Committee.
Keith holds a MS in Computer Systems and a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
