Execution & Control of Operations (ECO)
Students focus on the areas of prioritizing and sequencing work, executing work plans and implementing controls, reporting activity results, and providing evaluating feedback on performance. The course explains techniques for scheduling and controlling production processes, the execution of quality initiatives and continuous improvement plans, and the control and handling of inventories.
Class Facts: This is the fourth module in the CPIM In A Year series. Classes run on Saturdays for four and a half weeks (9 sessions) beginning on February 28, 2009 at the DeVry Facility on Beltway 8 just north of Clay Road. The early registration cut off is February 16.
Note: Class fee includes a Participant Guide with all the instructor slides, classroom exercises, additional supporting text and a Practice Questions CD. Class fee does not include the examination fee. |
