CSCP Generalities

The APICS CSCP program helps you demonstrate your knowledge and organizational skills for developing more streamlined operations. Since its launch in 2006, more than 13,000 professionals in 77 countries have earned the APICS CSCP designation.

The APICS CSCP designation is the most widely recognized educational program for operations and supply chain management professionals around the globe is a designation that is sought by thousands of employers and recruiters provides you with a mastery of supply chain management best practices and distinguishes you as an industry expert with specialized, high-level knowledge and skills.

The CSCP Program is split into three modules, and detailed information regarding each module can be found below.

Should you become certified in CSCP?

The APICS CSCP certification is essential if you are involved in:

  • Interested in increasing your knowledge and expertise in the field of global supply chain management, specifically in the areas of customer relations, international trade, information technology enablement, and physical logistics
  • Consulting or facilitating supply chain functions or working with ERP systems

CSCP Testing

To become a Certified Supply Chain Professional, you must pass 1 exam.  You do not have to take a class to take the exams.  Passing our certification exams is not easy but is achievable.  .  To learn more about certification testing and fees, complete the apply to take the exam, and/or register for the exam, please clink Exam Registration link.

CSCP Modules

The new APICS CSCP exam consists of three important modules. The exam reflects critical changes in the marketplace and in the evolving roles and responsibilities of operations and supply chain managers. For accreditation, you must master each of the following:

CSCP Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund up to 14 days before the first class starts. There will be no refunds after this date.   If you need to reschedule your class, you must contact the VP of Education prior to the start of the first class.    
 
CSCP Review Class Audit

We realize passing a CSCP exam is challenging.  To assist our students, we allow individuals who have previously paid for and taken one of our classes to audit that same class for FREE on a space available basis. We will allow one free audit.  You will NOT receive new materials.  To qualify, you must:
 
(1) Have attended and paid for that APICS Houston Chapter class
(2) Request permission to attend from the VP of Education at least 7 days prior to the start of class of the first class.   The VP of Education's decision is final.
(3) Submit proof of payment and attendance with your request.  Proof of attendance AND payment can be achieved by including your Certificate of Completion.
